2. Scans 3 days after date of the last flight segment to see
if ticket was used

4. Can email reports to the client or advisor on the status of
a ticket as they are track and monitored
5. OnTrackplus can notify a traveler using an online booking
tool such as Concur that an unused ticket value is available
